I am an IT manager living outside of Ukraine for over five years.
I have worked for the world’s largest corporations, like Nestle, Wallgreens Boots Alliance, Hewlett Packard Enterprises etc. and even served as a CEO of a company employing half-a-hundred people in Odessa. Currently I am practicing Agile to improve the behaviour and culture of people and organisations to achieve better performance.
Starting at my student years and until I got married, I was volunteering for NGOs dealing with development and humanitarian aid for vulnerable groups of people such as street children, HIV-positive and up to election observers so have become immediately familiar with conditions of life of majority of Ukrainians.
Though majoring in Science, I have minored in Management with term paper dedicated to bringing World’s best practices to help our country. I went for Master’s degree in Kyiv School of Economics, then enrolled for PhD undergraduate studies in European Business University. I have published articles, taken part in scientific conferences and studied along or from such prominent minds as prof. Serhiy Yastremsky, Dr. Andre Zapechelniuk, and prof. Anton Shekhovtsov of Austrian Institute for Study of Fascism, author of such books like “Tango Noire: Putin and European Far-right”.
I am on the Russian death list as I have participated in both Maydan protests and even ran for office of regional congress of Odessa from Democratic Party (Narodny Rux).
